LongevityRx products are manufactured, stored, and distributed under controlled quality standards designed to preserve product integrity. Because our products are dietary supplements sensitive to temperature, humidity, and light exposure, LongevityRx maintains a quality control program governing the storage, handling, and fulfillment of its products from manufacture through delivery to the end consumer.
This policy describes that program, identifies our authorized sales channels, and states the consequences of purchasing LongevityRx products outside those channels.
1. Authorized Channels
LongevityRx products are sold exclusively through:
- trylongevityrx.com, our official direct-to-consumer website
- Amazon.com, through the LongevityRx official storefront
- Retail and hospitality partners who have entered into a written authorized reseller agreement with LongevityRx
A current list of authorized resellers is available upon request at support@trylongevityrx.com.
Any seller not identified above is not an authorized reseller of LongevityRx products, regardless of any representation that seller may make.
2. Quality Control Requirements
LongevityRx requires that its products be stored and handled in accordance with the following standards at every point in the distribution chain. Authorized resellers agree to these requirements in writing, and LongevityRx audits compliance.

| Shelf life | No sale of product beyond its labeled expiration date; no sale of product with less than [X] days remaining |
| Packaging integrity | Sale only in original, unaltered, factory-sealed packaging with all inserts, seals, and labeling intact |
| Labeling | No removal, alteration, obscuring, or overlabeling of manufacturer lot codes, expiration dates, or product labeling |
| Complaint handling | Cooperation with LongevityRx quality inquiries, adverse event reporting, and customer complaint investigations |
| Storage segregation | Products stored separately from chemicals, cleaning agents, or other contaminants |
3. Products Obtained Outside Authorized Channels
Products sold outside authorized channels have not been subject to the controls described in Section 2. LongevityRx cannot verify the storage conditions, handling history, chain of custody, remaining shelf life, or authenticity of such products, and cannot confirm that they conform to LongevityRx specifications. Such products may differ materially from products sold through authorized channels.
Accordingly:
- LongevityRx makes no representations or warranties regarding the condition, safety, quality, or efficacy of any product obtained from an unauthorized seller
- Product guarantees, satisfaction guarantees, and warranties do not extend to products purchased outside authorized channels
- Such products are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or replacement by LongevityRx
- Such products cannot be reliably traced in the event of a recall or product withdrawal
- Customer support for products obtained from unauthorized sellers is limited to safety-related inquiries
If you believe you have purchased a LongevityRx product from an unauthorized seller, please contact us at support@trylongevityrx.com with the product lot number and your proof of purchase.
4. Purchase Terms
Purchases from trylongevityrx.com and from the LongevityRx official Amazon storefront are for personal consumption only. Purchase of LongevityRx products for the purpose of resale is prohibited absent a written authorized reseller agreement executed by LongevityRx.
LongevityRx reserves the right to:
- Limit order quantities
- Decline, cancel, or refund any order
- Suspend or terminate customer accounts
- Refuse service to any purchaser
where LongevityRx determines, in its sole discretion, that products are being acquired for resale or that an order is fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise inconsistent with these terms.
5. Becoming an Authorized Reseller
LongevityRx evaluates prospective retail and hospitality partners on a case-by-case basis. Inquiries may be directed to support@trylongevityrx.com. Authorization is granted only by written agreement signed by an officer of LongevityRx. No other communication, course of dealing, or purchase history constitutes authorization.
6. Enforcement
LongevityRx actively monitors online marketplaces and other sales channels for unauthorized distribution of its products. LongevityRx enforces this policy uniformly through all available legal and platform remedies, including:
- Marketplace complaints and brand protection procedures
- Trademark and other intellectual property enforcement
- Civil action
- Referral to law enforcement and regulatory authorities where appropriate
7. Reporting
To report a suspected unauthorized seller, or a product you believe may be counterfeit, tampered with, or improperly stored, contact support@trylongevityrx.com. Please include the seller name, marketplace, product lot number, and photographs where available.
8. Changes to This Policy
LongevityRx may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
