Return Policy

At LongevityRx, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under specific conditions.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only for products that were damaged or defective at the time you received them.
To initiate a return, please email support@trylongevityrx.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment. If your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
Refunds will only be processed once the returned product is received and verified to meet our return criteria. Refunds will not be issued for:

Opened or partially used products

Products that appear tampered with or handled improperly

Any return received more than 30 days after the order date
Exclusions and Final Sale Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

Limited-edition products

Items purchased using a discount code, rewards points, or during a promotion (e.g., BOGO, Black Friday deals)

Purchases made through third-party retail locations
International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipments and costs. We will issue store credit for the return once we receive the item(s) back at our warehouse. Once you have dropped off your item(s) with the shipping carrier, please be sure to reach out to our Customer Service Team at contact@LongevityRx.com with your package's return tracking number. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in-transit.
